Meet Jacquelyn
Holistic, Mind-body practitioner. Fellow traveler in the process of becoming.
Hi, I'm Jacquelyn Larson, a holistic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (153358) who believes real change happens when we address both the mind and the body. I often lead with creativity and humor. My approach itself isn't traditional either — which is exactly the point.
I work with mothers navigating the identity shift of matrescence, professionals in the entertainment industry managing performance anxiety and the pressures of the spotlight, teens finding their footing, and couples caught in painful, repetitive patterns. Wherever you are, my goal is the same: to help you understand why you feel stuck, and to help your body let go of what insight alone can't always reach.
My approach blends traditional talk therapy with two specialized modalities. Restoration Therapy draws on attachment theory, mindfulness, and experiential therapy to help you identify the pain cycle rooted in your past and move toward changed behavior grounded in truth. Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body technique that addresses the stress responses your body holds onto — often below conscious awareness — long after the original moment has passed. Together, we're not just talking about change; we're addressing the beliefs driving it and the body holding onto it.
I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary’s School of Psychology. I'm a certified NET practitioner and Level 2 Restoration Therapist. I'm also a certified instructor in MarriageStrong and RelateStrong, and a certified Family Wellness Educator.
I offer both telehealth therapy and in-person hike therapy, so you can choose the format that feels most natural for how you process and heal.
I know the first step is often the hardest. Let's take it together.
